Delivery

Postage and Packing:

There is one flat rate postal charge of £4.99, no matter how large your order. Items are sent via Royal Mail.

Our shipping rates also include a small charge to cover packaging and handling. Rates are reviewed continuously and we will clearly state any change in policy.

Delivery Times:

We will despatch your order within 3 working days, so please allow 5 to 7 working days for your parcel to reach you. If in the unlikely situation that your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and ask whether or not you’d like us to cancel the order, despatch a similar alternative or wait until the item is back in stock.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations:

We offer a full refund or replacement on all unused goods if returned within 14 days of receipt. Please bear in mind that the cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless goods were found to be faulty before delivery. Goods will only be refunded if received in a saleable condition.
